      Van Dykes for Men is a full service barbershop, spa and lounge exclusively for men.  It can also be considered, the ultimate man cave.  Our goal is to offer impeccable customer service, along with classic styling for the modern man.

     Our hours are Tuesday – Friday from 10:00am until 7:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am until 4:00pm.  We accept walk-in clients, but for the promptest service we would prefer if you would call for an appointment @ (706)507-1122.

     Van Dykes for Men offers traditional barbershop services, modern spa services, and amenities especially for men.  Additionally, Van Dykes offers memberships as well as an exclusive members lounge.

      Van Dykes for Men is an homage to the classic barbershops that our Dads went to, with modern cuts and styling.  Van Dykes employs traditional barbers as well as modern men’s hair stylists, nail technicians, and massage therapists.  From a shaved head, to a military cut, to styling a full head of hair, Van Dykes offers it all. Every haircut includes a hot lather and razor shave of the hair edges and neck.  A Van Dyke haircut is not complete without the complimentary facial grooming of the ears and the eyebrows.  Van Dykes has also helped revive the dying art of the straight razor facial shave. From the six hot/cold towels, the hot lather, the freshly leather strop sharpened razor, to the soothing alum block and the refreshing aftershave, it is an experience not to be missed.

      Van Dykes for Men offers many of the traditional spa services found in most women’s spas, but in an atmosphere especially designed for men.  Men should not have to feel awkward or embarrassed for treating or pampering themselves, nor should they have to sit uncomfortably in a room full of women, smelling of potpourri, while reading a three year old Road and Track magazine. Manicures/pedicures, tanning booth, massages, and man-scaping are available by appointment.

      Van Dykes for Men amenities and services for men are without par.  Full beverage service, including beer and liquor.  A shoeshine drop off or shine while you wait.  A humidor, with the finest selection of cigars. The use of IPADs for reading magazines or playing games.  A business center with PC, printer, and fax.  A complete line of male hair and body products featuring Men-U, Art of Shaving, and American Male.  A selection of men’s shirts, ties and other accessories.

      The décor of Van Dykes for Men is classic bachelor pad style.  Mahogany dressers with marble tops serve as the barber stations and reception desk. Dark leather and wood seating compliment the restored 1940’s barber chairs.  Black and white photos of old barbershops, patents of barber inventions, sports memorabilia, and plasma TVs adorn the walls.

            And finally and most importantly is the customer service.  With poor customer service, it doesn’t matter how great your haircut is, you won’t be satisfied.
